Please review this policy thoroughly before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. General Policy: Final Sale & No Returns
All sales are considered final. We do not offer returns or refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, incorrect size/fit, or any non-faulty reason. Once a product is ordered and delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer.
We will process an exchange only when the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
2. Damages and Issues (Eligibility for Exchange)
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, you must contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To initiate an exchange for a damaged item:

Include your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
If your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
3. Exceptions and Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to the nature of certain goods, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances (including cases of damage, which may only qualify for a replacement):
Personal Care and Beauty Products: (Such as cosmetics, creams, serums, etc., as per your store name)
Perishable Goods: (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
Custom Products: (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
Hazardous Materials: (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
Sale Items or Gift Cards.

4. Exchanges Process
We process accepted returns as exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the correct or non-damaged item is to:
Contact us and receive acceptance for your damaged item return.
Once the return is accepted and received by us, we will ship you a replacement of the original item(s).
If a replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund (see Section 6).
This EU right is separate from our general "Exchange Only" policy and only applies to shipments within the EU.
5. Refunds (Only Applicable to EU Returns or Unavailable Exchanges)
A refund will only be issued under two conditions:
The item is a damaged/defective product for which we cannot provide a replacement/exchange (out of stock, discontinued, etc.).
The customer is exercising their 14-day cooling-off right for an order shipped to the European Union.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned item and confirm if the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
